We're not sure what this is called in English, but in Penang, it is known as 'Ba-LEE-tong'. It should be a type of snail which is very popular here...

This dish is best cooked with curry leaves - not too spicy though... This one added 'kacang botol' which enhanced the taste! Yumm YUmmm...
