Wonton noodle or wanton mee is a Cantonese noodle dish which is popular in Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore. The dish is usually served in hot soup, garnished with leafy vegetables, and wonton. The types of leafy vegetables used are usually kailan also known as Chinese kale.
In Penang, you can choose for your noodles to be thin or thick. We tried the thick noodles. It look and smell really nice but when we tasted it, we were all very disappointed. All we tasted was the sesame oil. Not much of any other taste.
